Enjoy this poem titled “SAY HER NAME” which is a poem speaking to my experience as I transition and inevitably stray further from Black girlhood, which I still hold near and dear to my heart. This performance was part of a fundraiser at Dorothy’s Lesbian Cocktail Bar, in partnership with Transfigured Co. to support trans youth.
